I can’t hate
The Fast and the Furious. It’s not a hateable movie. You can’t take a fiery, pushed-up, epileptic
camera, testosterone and tits moment of this thing seriously
enough to work up a lather.
It’s chewing gum. It’s the chewing gum in a pack of really
good looking baseball cards.
You take away the images.
You like the images.
And while you are looking at your really cool Derek
Jeter rookie card, you don’t even notice that the
gum is as dry and unpalatable as the sand on a camel’s
ass.
