Spider-Man super punches The Goblin, which we have seen sending the punchee flying quite far, and uses his web to draw him back immediately to be punched again. 

A jump cut to The Goblin in Peter’s dream… nice.  Very Welles.

The first smart bomb that feel like a smart bomb brings both costumed villains to a higher level of intimacy… the one great fight sequence.  Spider-Man with half his masked shredded is a great movie/comic book image, but again, there is a cop-out at the end, where Spider-Man doesn’t have to be the one responsible for The Goblin’s death.
