It’s
time for a breather…
I can’t write another
word about The Matrix Reloaded without a day not writing (or
thinking) about the film. You know how I feel about Finding Nemo,
which I saw again over the weekend… the enchantment remains. I’m seeing
My Big Fat Greek In-Laws tonight.
Cannes has taken
the spotlight out of Hollywood… and managed to reduce that spotlight
down to a 40-watt bulb.
Someone on the planet
might be surprised by Miramax looking for outside money, but they’ve
been looking for outside money for six months. And just so you don’t
get sucked in, the financing behind The Aviator is IEG and Warner
Bros. Miramax is handling marketing only.
Artisan is being
sold… let’s all hope that The Punisher with a
$25 million investment in Travolta (fee & perks) is not another
Blair Witch 2.
Dogville
is long and painful… SURPRISE!!!!
I am actually looking
forward to 2 Fast, 2 Furious.
There is a lot of
stuff, including a truckload of my stuff, at Movie
City News… fill your void there.
Until tomorrow…

anyone want to talk about anything that does not involve bullet time
